- Professional Learning
High quality, effective teaching has a powerful impact, not only on student learning and outcomes, but also on a teacher's professional integrity. It is, therefore, vital that teachers actively engage in ongoing professional learning that reflects their integrity as professionals, and their commitment to teaching and personal growth.
- Professional Responsibilities
Teaching is a dynamic and challenging profession. Teachers have a professional obligation to develop and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of learners, communicate with parents, act ethically, promote positive values and maintain and raise professional standards.
